This Legal Notice (hereinafter referred to as “the Legal Notice”) governs access to and use of the website accessible through the domain name www.esteve.org and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). Accessing the Website confers the individual the status of a user thereof (hereinafter referred to as “the User”). If you do not agree with this Legal Notice, you must immediately leave the Website without using it.
By accepting this Legal Notice, the User declares:

2. Access to the Website
Access to the Website is free of charge, except for costs derived from connections through telecommunications networks Users employ to access the site.
3. Rules for using the Website
The User agrees to use the Website, its content, and services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, good practice, and public order. Similarly, the User will not use the Website, its contents, or services it provides for illegal purposes or effects, or in any manner contrary to the aforementioned regulations, that is harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that could in any way damage, disable, make inaccessible, or deteriorate the Website, its content, or its services, or prevent other Users’ normal use thereof.
Likewise, the User agrees not to destroy, alter, disable, or otherwise damage the data, programs, or electronic documents found on the Website, and not to obstruct other Users’ access through excessive consumption of the computing resources the Foundation uses to provide the service. The User will also refrain from actions that could damage, interrupt, or generate errors in the Foundation’s systems or services.
Furthermore, the User agrees not to introduce programs, viruses, macros, applets, “ActiveX” controls, or any other logical device or sequence of characters that can or could cause any type of alteration in the Foundation’s or third parties’ computer systems.
The Foundation will process personal data collected through forms or other documents requesting information in accordance with the provisions detailed in the Privacy Policy. When completing registration forms, access forms, and other similar forms or documents, the User agrees to provide accurate, truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the Foundation voiding the User’s registration and/or denying access to the specific service requested.
4. Linked content and services accessed through the Website
The Website may include technical linking devices, directories, and even search engines that allow the User to access other webpages and portals (hereinafter referred to as “Linked Sites”). In such cases, only if the Foundation were to gain effective knowledge of illicit material contained therein and had thereafter failed to deactivate the link to the webpage with due diligence would the Foundation be liable for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites. If the User believes that a Linked Site contains illegal or inappropriate content, they should inform the Foundation.
Under no circumstances should the inclusion of Linked Sites on the Website be interpreted to denote agreements between the Foundation and the persons responsible for or owners of those sites, nor should these links be interpreted as the Foundation’s recommendation or promotion of the Linked Sites and/or their content. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, the Foundation has no knowledge of the content and services of the Linked Sites and is therefore not responsible for any damage or harm that they may cause to the User or any third party.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, constitutes the intellectual property of the Foundation or third-party licensors; Users have no right to exploit this content under current intellectual property law.
The trademarks, trade names, and other distinctive signs published on the Website are the property of the Foundation or of third-party licensors and/or collaborators who have the appropriate authorization for this purpose. No rights over these elements are understood to be transferred to the User.
6. Responsibility and guarantees
The Foundation declares that, within its capabilities and the state of technology, it has taken the necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of its Website and the absence of viruses and harmful components therein. However, the Foundation cannot be held responsible for the following situations, listed as examples but not intended to constitute an exhaustive list:
- The continuity and available of its contents.
- The absence of errors in the contents or the correction or any defect that might occur.
- The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components.
- Damage or harm caused by anyone who breaches the Foundation’s security systems.
- Any damage or harm derived from the use of the Website’s contents. Consequently, the Foundation cannot guarantee that other parties’ uses of the Website’s contents are in line with this Legal Notice or that these parties have used due diligence in using the Website’s contents.
- Any content that Users can access through unauthorized links or links introduced by Users in comments or similar tools.
- Users’ or third parties’ introducing erroneous information.
The Foundation may temporarily suspend access to the Website without prior notice for operations to maintain, repair, update, or improve the Website. Nevertheless, whenever circumstances allow, the Foundation will inform Users in advance of the date planned for suspending access.
Likewise, in accordance with Articles 11 and 16 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of July 11 concerning Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the Foundation undertakes to remove or block content that may infringe current legislation, third-party rights, or public morals and order.

The Foundation uses cookies to optimize and personalize your navigation on the Website as well as for analytical and behavioral purposes, among others. 10. Severability
If any clause in this Legal Notice is declared wholly or partially null or void, such nullity or invalidity will apply only to the specific provision or the part of it that is null or void; the other elements of this Legal Notice will remain in effect.
11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This Legal Notice will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the User may choose to file their claim before the courts or tribunals corresponding to their place of residence.
12. Modifications to these conditions
The Foundation expressly reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, the content of any of the conditions described in this Legal Notice without prior notice.
This Legal Notice takes effect on its publication. The User acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to periodically review this Legal Notice, as it may be subject to modifications.
