La Fundació Dr. Antoni Esteve ha fomentat dues tipologies de premis:

Fundació Dr. Esteve
La Fundació Dr. Antoni Esteve estimula una recerca de qualitat en farmacologia mitjançant els Premis de Recerca. Un jurat internacional i independent és l’encarregat de destacar el millor article científic de recerca farmacològica publicat per un autor o autora de nacionalitat espanyola en una revista internacional de prestigi. L’article pot contemplar qualsevol dels aspectes de la farmacologia bàsica i/o clínica (disseny, síntesis, desenvolupament galènic, avaluació clínica o de laboratori, ús, etcètera). La dotació del premi actualment és de 25.000 €.
